Track your progress

Compare your speed and technique across monthly re-tests.

  1. 1

    Re-test about once a month

Each check is one ball, filmed the way you filmed your first.

  2. 2

    Film it the same way

Same side, same distance, same light. Then each check compares cleanly with the last.

    • Side-on and square
Level with the crease, 3 to 6 m away, phone still.
    • Slow motion on
120 or 240 fps. Upload the original file.
    • The whole action
From the stride before your jump to the follow-through.
    • Good light
Daylight or bright nets. Not into the sun.

    Speed over time

Your dashboard plots your ball speed at every check.

    Your action over time

Front knee, release height and side bend are charted too, so you see what changed, not just how fast.
