By accessing or using Pitchwolf ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Pitchwolf is an AI-powered cricket bowling analysis platform that provides:

  • Video-based biomechanical analysis of bowling actions
  • Performance metrics and recommendations
  • Educational content through Pitchwolf Academy
  • Coach and bowler management tools

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices may vary based on your location
  • All prices are in USD unless shown in local currency

4.2 Credits

  • Credits are used to access analysis features
  • Unused credits roll over month-to-month while subscribed
  • Credits expire if subscription lapses
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

4.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for partial months

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, profiles, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

  • Process and analyze your videos
  • Store and display your content within the Service
  • Use anonymized data to improve our AI models

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or third-party rights
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Is inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to cricket
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or copy our technology
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated systems to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute analysis results commercially

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Pitchwolf and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Analysis results will be 100% accurate
  • The Service will meet all your requirements

Our analysis is for informational and training purposes only. Always consult qualified coaches and medical professionals for injury-related concerns.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PITCHWOLF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pitchwolf harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable period
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding payments

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
